The Family Firm is an independent, Fee-Only™ Financial Advisory firm located in Bethesda, MD with $500 million in assets under management. They focus on the development and implementation of customized financial management strategies.
The Challenge: Create a mini-campaign for The Family Firm at the Taste of Bethesda annual culinary event that seamlessly promoted the business’ sponsorship in a food atmosphere. The Taste of Bethesda presented a great opportunity to generate brand awareness and attract prospective clients for The Family Firm as it held in the client’s backyard and has attracted up to 40,000 attendees in the DMV area.
Our Approach: Spring13 created a playful campaign that positioned The Family Firm as “personal chefs for wealth management.” Infusing a community spirit into the design, Spring13 developed collateral with a red-checkered home-style tablecloth-background feel that promoted their customized recipe, financial management style. Components included two e-blasts, a take-away recipe card listing key ingredients of The Family Firm’s financial management success and a stylized exhibitor booth with potted sunflowers and custom apron and measuring spoon giveaways.

• Two e-blasts launched prior to the event achieved 50% open rates
• Over 150 gift card entries were received with captured data that allowed The Family Firm to drive leads for prospective clients
