THE CHALLENGE: Cyviz produces high-tech multimedia display walls that combine data-sharing with telepresence. With locations already in Houston, Dubai and Stavanger, Cyviz was opening a new location in Washington D.C. and needed a mini-marketing campaign, brochures and phased invitations to ensure the success of the grand opening.
OUR APPROACH: Spring13 partnered with Cyviz’s new marketing manager and assembled a team that included a writer, art director, print manager and programmer to create the work. We produced a brochure, mail, email, save-the-dates, invitations and a print ad to generate publicity. Creatively, we leveraged existing brand work and extended the look and feel in original pieces that were appropriate to the new Potomac Yard location. To ensure maximum exposure and response, Spring13 handled all of the printing, list purchasing, multiple mail drops and email deployment.
THE RESULTS: All of the work was seamlessly produced in very tight turnaround. The event was very well attended, and Cyviz firmly established itself as a Washington D.C. presence.
